Community
We have a long tradition of supporting our local communities.
We’re always looking at ways to make contributions too, whether
through using our individual and collective time, skills or
expertise to make a difference to a variety of charitable and
community organisations.
We encourage all of our staff to give something back to our
communities and our named charities, by volunteering, making
donations or fundraising. We also have the Grant Thornton
foundation to supplement all fundraising efforts by matching money
raised and contributing to special appeals.
And those employees who do wish to volunteer and help us build
links to our communities are specifically catered for too. We offer
to support them through paid leave if they are willing to work for
a not-for-profit organisation or selected community
partnership.
