Nigel Morrison (Partner)

Nigel works in our Recovery & Reorganisation practice and is the Office Managing Partner for the Bristol office.  He specialises in recovery and investigation assignments, having carried out reviews for businesses in a wide range of sectors on behalf of banks, venture capitalists and other lending institutions. Nigel is the partner responsible for the work carried out across our offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Reading and Southampton.

Experience

Nigel joined Grant Thornton in 1992, becoming partner in 1999. Previously he worked for Price Waterhouse before joining Grant Thornton's Leeds office, where he spent seven years before moving to the Bristol office.

With 17 years experience in the field of corporate recovery and reorganisation Nigel has completed projects including:

- Receivership of Chesterton International plc, a 200 year old national chartered surveyor and estate agency practice - Receivership of Dartington Crystal Limited, a renowned manufacturer of crystal giftware - Advice to a wide range of pension fund trustees and sponsoring employers relating to the funding of deficits
