Geoff Davies works in our Cambridge Corporate Finance team
specialising in advising corporation and management teams on their
acquisition and financing strategies.
Experience
Geoff joined us at Grant Thornton in 2001. Previously he worked
with the larger TSB Corporate Group, where he held various senior
management positions and numerous corporate finance
transactions.
With more than 20 years experience in the Corporate Finance
area, Geoff has become widely renowned for negotiating deals and
devising innovative funding structures and solutions for
transactions.
