Jonathan Riley (Partner)
Jonathan works in our Leeds office, where he is
Office Managing Partner, specialising in Tax.
Experience
The early part of Jonathan's career was spent in the Civil
Service, primarily as an Inspector of Taxes in both Yorkshire and
London, followed by a two year secondment to the Department of
Trade and Industry as tax policy advisor to the President of the
Board of Trade. Prior to coming to Leeds, Jonathan was Senior
Partner at our Cambridge and Milton Keynes offices.
With 20 years' experience in taxation , Jonathan has extensive
experience dealing with entrepreneurial high net worth individuals
and corporates, disposals, acquisitions, AIM, anti-avoidance,
capital allowances, capital gains tax, corporate tax/property tax,
tax planning, tax shelters
Jonathan works with clients from a range of sectors who are
typically entrepreneurial and is also a nominated media
spokesperson for the firm
