Neil leads our infrastructure finance &
renewables advisory offerings in the South of England. He oversees
the provision of fundraising, financial structuring and general
commercial support to corporates and to the public sector.
Experience
Recent transactions include advising John Laing on the
establishment of an innovative £400m asset backed property vehicle
in Croydon, advising Olympic Delivery Authority on the pricing and
procurement issues in respect of a number of major sporting venues
for the 2012 games, advising a number of leading waste operators on
energy from waste PFI schemes and advising developers and public
sector on the growing renewables market.
