Sacha Romanovitch (Partner, National
Leadership)
Sacha is the member of the National
Leadership Board responsible for People and Culture. Her role
is to lead the firm's activities to attract, recruit, motivate and
retain talented people to deliver on the firm's strategic and
operational goals. Prior to this appointment Sacha was head of our
Large Corporate and Regulated Industries group nationally. She
specialises in advising professional service firms and people
related businesses.
Experience
Sacha joined us at Grant Thornton in 1994 in our Thames Valley
office having trained with a firm in the Thames Valley. She moved
to our London office in 1996 where she gained significant
experience working with larger listed companies both on audit and
public reporting. After a sabbatical for 1998 she returned to
London in 1999 and she was appointed partner in 2001. Shortly
thereafter she became Office Managing Partner of our London audit
and tax practice seeing the business more than triple in size over
the next five years.
Sacha has over 10 years experience in working with professional
service firms and people related businesses drawing on a
combination of her technical skills and her practical management
experience in this arena. She is a member of the Association of
Partnership Practitioners and a member of the London committee of
the Managing Partners' Forum. She is a regular speaker in respect
of strategy and operational management of professional service
businesses.
