Wendy Nicholls (Partner)
Wendy is the head of our Transfer Pricing practice. Prior to
joining Grant Thornton, Wendy was the Partner leading the
PricewaterhouseCoopers South-East UK transfer pricing practice.
Wendy has a reputation as a pragmatic transfer pricing adviser
and solver of real business problems, such as transfer pricing
where losses arise. Recent projects include royalty planning for a
technology group and EU Transfer Pricing Documentation work for a
services group.
Experience
Wendy has 25 years of international tax experience gained in the
UK and New Zealand, and has specialised in transfer pricing for
over 13 years.
Wendy's expertise covers:
Wendy has particular expertise in sectors where intellectual
property is important, including technology, engineering and life
sciences. Her clients range from major multinationals to
owner-managed businesses. She advises on transfer pricing planning,
documentation and dispute resolution, and negotiates advance
pricing agreements.
