Adrian Richards (Partner)
Adrian works in our Recovery & Reorganisation
practice, and has a particular focus on debtor and creditor side
restructuring, turnaround and distressed investing.
Experience
Adrian joined us at Grant Thornton in 1992 after spending nine
years at KPMG. He has experience in multi-bank assignments and
regularly advises management and investors of underperforming
businesses.
With almost 20 years experience in recovery &
reorganisation, Adrian has been instrumental in developing our
debtor advisory and turnaround offering, working closely with our
operational team to return underperforming businesses to full
health.
Adrian's broad sector knowledge has resulted in many successful
assignments particularly in retail, manufacturing, construction and
engineering. He offers a solutions-based service tailored to the
specific needs of a business to enhance profitability, cashflow and
shareholder value.
