Sean Croston (Partner)
Sean works in Recovery & Reorganisation,
specialising in providing strategic and operational advice to
underperforming businesses, primarily in the healthcare sector.
Experience
Sean joined us at Grant Thornton in 1986 as an audit trainee and
moved into Recovery and Reorganisation in 1991 where he was
promoted to Partner in 1998.
With over 15 years' experience in advising underperforming
businesses, Sean has developed a strong reputation in the
healthcare sector for providing practical advice capable of being
embedded within organisations in both the private and public
sectors.
Sean spent time in the United States working on the financial
and operational restructuring of one of the largest healthcare
providers in New York with annual revenues of $1.5bn and
indebtedness of over $900m. He has recently completed the
Turnaround Plans for Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust and Newham
PCT and advises a number of NHS organisations on performance
improvement initiatives.
